Sustainability
Our ecological footprint during production and the recyclability of our products occupy our thoughts and influence our actions.
We endeavour to use resources efficiently and to manufacture products and their packaging from renewable raw materials as far as possible!
Read on to find out what we are doing to achieve this.

Products made from renewable raw materials
As a specialist in paper processing, we offer an impressive range of products. The paper and cardboard used for tattoos, packaging and displays come exclusively from sustainable forestry. As a certified company according to the FSC standard, we can guarantee this in a transparent manner.
Vegan ingredients
Our tattoos do not contain any ingredients of animal origin, as confirmed in comprehensive tests by TÜV Rheinland. Our tattoo products can therefore be labelled with the corresponding logo. Another selling point for the environmentally conscious end customer.

Made in Germany
Our products and services are conceived, realised and produced exclusively in our German production facility in Kassel. When it comes to very extensive assembly work, we have a reliable network of regional partners who provide us with high-quality and reliable support for large-scale projects. We guarantee short routes, fast response times and everything from a single source.
Packaging waste
One thing is certain: we avoid unnecessary packaging waste. Our packaging and displays do not require any additional outer packaging. For special requests, we offer environmentally friendly and recyclable alternatives to standard film and plastic packaging.

PFAS – danger to the environment
PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) are perpetual chemicals that are contained in a large number of everyday consumer goods. These chemical compounds are suspected of having negative effects on health and the environment. Even though there is no legal ban on the use of these substances, we have had an ink developed for the production of our tattoos that does not contain any of these chemical compounds. In addition, our colours are free from mineral oil and have been assessed by TÜV Rheinland, an accredited German testing institute, as marketable in accordance with the EU Cosmetic Products Regulation. The corresponding safety assessment is available for download on our website.
Energy efficiency
To reduce costs and in the interests of sustainability, we began early on to optimise our company's energy efficiency with the support of an energy consulting institute. This includes the use of 100% green electricity from the company's own photovoltaic system, the use of an innovative condensing boiler heating system, heat recovery from technical systems and the comprehensive energy-efficient refurbishment of the entire production site.
